Brigham City’s Peach Days celebration is scheduled to begin September 4, 2025. Signs will be placed along the parade route stating that a specific area is “Closed for Maintenance” which allows for grounds maintenance. Any object or device placed prior to completion of this maintenance will be removed and disposed of by City personnel.

From now until Saturday morning, our police shifts will be covered by outside agencies so our officers can attend the funeral services of Officer Estrada and Sergeant Sorensen. You will see officers from all over the state over the next few days. We express our appreciation to them!

You’ll find them set up right next to the Recreation Office, and they’re open to the public to use anytime. While we don’t have bags available to borrow just yet, feel free to bring your own and get a game going!
These awesome boards were made possible thanks to our Promotional Space Advertisers and some amazing local cornhole players in the community. Big thanks to them for making it happen!

It is never easy for any community to face tragedies like this, and while this didn’t happen in Brigham City, many of us have close ties to Tremonton and we feel the loss deeply. These officers are known to our officers and we have worked with them closely. We will work to honor and remember their dedication to their communities and their ultimate sacrifice.
We invite all Brigham City residents to join us in support of our friends in Tremonton.
Signed,
Mayor DJ Bott
Police Chief Chad Reyes
Fire Chief Brandon Thueson

UPDATE 11:31 am - Power is restored. Please contact the Power Department at 435-734-6624 if you still do not have power.
We are aware of a power outage in Brigham City. A small animal has gotten into one of our substations and caused some damage. We are working on it and anticipate power will be restored by 1:00 p.m. Updates will be posted as they are available.
Requirements: a completed application, a letter of permission from the property owner, and a simple drawing of how and where your booth will be set up on that property. If you are a mobile food vendor, we will also need a copy of your Business License, Health Department permit and annual fire inspection report.
Contact: Christina Boss, Business Licensing @ 435-730-7132 or cboss@bcutah.gov.
We will NOT accept any applications after August 21.

Put the Brigham City Community Barbecue on your calendar! Join Mayor Bott and the council members for an evening of free food and musical entertainment provided by Ophir Creek. Tuesday, August 19, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Bill of Rights Plaza.
We are grateful to Ferry Farms and Smith's for their generous donations of hamburgers, hot dogs, and buns.
