Special Event Permits
Some events held in Brigham City qualify as "Special Events" and require a permit. A Special Event Application MUST be completed for any event planned to take place on Brigham City property where the public is invited to attend. A Special Event is any activity or gathering held upon public property or impacting public property. It is also required for any private event (mass gathering) that involves more than 1,000 people and that lasts more than two hours. Applications must be submitted 30 calendar days prior to the event.

Band/amplified music
Caterer
Groups of 150 or more

Wedding/Reception
