
2019-2020 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING
BRIGHAM CITY A public hearing will be held on August 29, 2019 on Brigham City Corporation’s 2019-20 final budget. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Fire Station at 442 West Forest. The budget includes a 3.1% increase for elected officials. Brigham City’s 2019-20 final budget includes a transfer of 15% of utility fee revenue plus amounts charged for City utility usage, or $3,896,740 from the Public Utility Fund to the General Fund, as well as $32,355 from the Storm Drain Fund to the General Fund. It also includes an additional $50,000 transfer from the Utility Fund to the Emergency Disaster-Capital Project Fund. A public hearing for the Brigham City Redevelopment Agency 2019-20 budget will be held immediately following the Brigham City Council Meeting on August 29, 2019, also at the Fire Station. A public hearing for the Brigham City Municipal Building Authority 2019-20 budget will be held immediately following the Brigham City Redevelopment Agency Meeting on August 29, 2019 at the Fire Station.
