The City is Accepting Jim Davis Award Nominations
Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond what is expected in serving the public? Brigham City Corporation is accepting applications for the Jim Davis Extraordinary Service Award. Annually, the Brigham City Council recognizes a Brigham City employee or citizen that has performed extraordinary service to our community. This award is in memory of the dedication and commitment rendered by Jim Davis as Public Power Director and City Council Member. When Council Member Jim Davis died suddenly from cancer in 2002, the City Council adopted Resolution 02-23 establishing the Jim Davis Extraordinary Public Service Award. Brigham City Corporation is requesting your nomination for the Jim Davis Extraordinary Public Service Award. Please write a narrative that includes specific examples of how your nominee has gone above and beyond what is expected in serving the public. Please submit your nomination by 5:00 pm on Friday, September 28, 2018 to Brigham City Corporation, Attn: Mayor’s Office, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah 84302, or email to dpett@bcutah.org. |
