The West Forest Street Economic Development Project Area is located on Forest Street between the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way and approximately 1200 West. The Forest Street corridor conceptual plan provides a vision for the Forest Street corridor and the West Forest Street RDA and is intended to support projects that promote this vision. The concept plan anticipates mixed uses with light industrial and office uses between 1200 West. and approximately 1000 West, and transit oriented development closer to the Union Pacific Railroad. A high degree of architectural and site design is expected in these projects. The West Forest Street Design Guidelines provide guidance on design for this project area.

The West Forest Street Redevelopment Project Area is located on Forest Street between approximately 1200 West and I-15. The Forest Street Corridor conceptual plan provides a vision for the Forest Street corridor and the West Forest Street RDA and is intended to support projects that promote this vision. The Concept plan anticipates mixed uses with commercial, lodging, dining, and office uses close to I-15, and office/R&D type uses further east. A high degree of architectural and site design is expected in these projects. The West Forest Street Design Guidelines provide guidance on design for this project area.

The Northwest Economic Development Project Area is located in the northwest quadrant of Brigham City. The project area is roughly triangular, with principal access on Watery Lane. The Union Pacific Railroad is the northern boundary of the project area. Projects in the Northwest EDA included Francis Trucking, GEM Buildings, and Nucor Building Systems. Industrial land uses are anticipated in the Northwest EDA.

The X20 Economic Development Project Area is located on State Route 38 between approximately 900 North and approximately 1100 North. The X20 building is the heart of this project area. Industrial uses governed by the MD zoning district are anticipated at the X20 property. Commercial uses governed by the GC zoning district are anticipated south of the X20 property.
